Participatory Strategic Planning
This year, when the Strategic Planning and Budgeting “season” was fast approaching for the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona (CFB), we decided to do things differently—we applied a diversity, equity and inclusion approach to this planning by intentionally centering the voices of community members with lived experience of food insecurity in our decision-making.
